Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results. Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYCOMBAT™ class with fresh choreography and music.
BODYCOMBAT™ is ideal for all levels and ages. Technique classes are highly recommended prior to starting this class. Water and towel recommended, hand wraps or gloves optional. |
