Hot Stone
Great for deep relaxation. This treatment uses smooth warm stones which are placed precisely under and on top of the body's energy lines. The warm stones are used as tools to massage away built up muscle tension.
Swedish
This massage helps increase circulation which relaxes and eases tension in your whole body, using basic strokes such as efflurage, kneading and small circles. Helps reduce tension and alleviates muscle fatigue and stiffness.
Therapeutic
This massage can be a combination of several techniques:
Sports Therapy: used to increase performance and recovery
Trigger point Therapy: effective in pain relief and correcting muscle imbalances, which lead to pain and dysfunction
Facilitated stretching: an assisted form of stretching to help relieve muscle tension and pain.

I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP). I began my training with Healing Touch International at ScrippsCenter for Integrative Medicine here in San Diego. Healing Touch is a complementary biofield therapy that is a non-invasive technique to restore and balance the human energy system. This modality assists in relaxation, reducing pain, anxiety and strengthening the immune system.
My personal experience has helped me to realize how important the mind-body connection is to complete wellness. It is my goal to help clients reach their personal wellness goals through Healing Touch including developing a personal wellness program using my knowledge and compassion.
